Formation of Educational Development Centre for Rural Organization and Training (FEDCROT) was established by a group of like minded social activists with a view to empowering the women and poor in the state Tamilnadu. It is a registered non-profit society extending its services to all sections of poor, less privileged and the disadvantaged without any restriction to language, colour, creed, race, religion and gender.

That all women, men, and children have the basic rights to dignity and self –determination, and that all people should have the opportunity and choice of cultivating their own potential
