FEDCROT NGO organized Pongal festival celebration at Madurai Corporation Shelter for Urban Homeless located at Dhanappa Mudali Street. This programme was initiated by lightening the lamp by the Madurai Corporation commissioner Dr.Shri.Anish Shekar.,I.A.S. And new Dresses were offered to the inmates of the home.

In this programme, Indian Bank chief Manager Mr.A.Balachandran, Tamilnadu Slum Clearance Board Community Development Officer Mrs.N.Rani and Corporation Assistant Commissioner (Accounts) Mr.B.Suresh were given their valuable presence and made the occasion special.

Along FEDCROT Managing Director Mr.M.Subburam, Board of Directors Mr.S.Angusamy, Mrs.E.Susila Gunaseeli, Mrs.S.Krishnaveni, Mrs.G.Saral Ruby, Ms.S.Lavanya, Ms.S.Madhumitha, TALSWCAC General Sec and Shelters home organizer Mrs.D.Indira are there. Finally Delicious food was offered to them.
