The Gandhi Shilp Bazaar was organized at Madurai by office of the development commissioner (H), Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India & Hosted by FEDCROT Trust at Raja Muthiya Mandram,  Madurai from 20.12.2021 to 29.12.2021 as per the sanction order no M – 12014/18/2012-13/MD dated 19.9.2012.

INAUGURATION:
              The Exhibition was inaugurated by Dr.S.Aneesh Sekhar., I.A.S., District Collector,  Madurai. In the presence of Shri.M.Prabakaran, Regional Director, Office of the Development Commissioner (Handicraft). Ministry of Textiles Govt. of India Southern Regional, Shri. A.K.Roop Chandar., Asst. Director, H.M & S.E.C Office of The Development Commissioner (H) Ministry Of Textiles, Govt. Of India, Nagaercovil, were also present during the inauguration along with other officials from southern regional office, H. S.C S of Nagercovil. After inauguration they visited each and every stall and interacted with the participants of the exhibition.

About The Gandhi Shilp Bazaar:
 The ten days Gandhi Shilp Bazaar was conducted at Raja Muthiya Mandram, Madurai from    20th December2021 to 29th December 2021. 100 Stalls were erected and 100 artisans participated in the Gandhi Shilp Bazaar
